14 Questions
Does this come with a carrying case?

Best Answer:  This does not come with a carrying case, but you can purchase one separately here.

Does this come with both pumps or just one?

Best Answer:  If you purchase this breast pump through the Babylist Shop, you can choose either the single or double option. When ordering through Babylist Health with insurance, you’ll automatically receive the double electric pump — the single option is not available through insurance.

What version is this?

Best Answer:  The Willow Go only has one version (they haven't released a 2.0), so this is considered the most recent.

Is it easy to control without the app? I don’t want to be connected to work while I’m pumping?

Best Answer:  Yes! You can use it with or without the app.

Without the app, you won't receive notifications about software updates, which can improve the functionality of the pump. You’ll also need to reach into your bra to manage your session and check your milk output.

Can you wear this when lying down?

Best Answer:  The Willow Go is only leak proof up to 45. Which means you can move around but cannot use it while laying down. If you want a Willow pump that is completely leakproof (even when laying down), you'll want to consider the Willow 360.

Is this considered a hospital grade breast pump?

Best Answer:  This pump isn't classified as a hospital-grade pump.

Does this set not include the 21mm flange?

Best Answer:  This pump includes 21mm and 24mm flanges.

The specs say single or double to choose from, but I don't see how I can choose double. Does it come as a set or just one single pump for one breast?

Best Answer:  If you purchase this breast pump through the Babylist Shop, you can choose either the single or double option. When ordering through Babylist Health with insurance, you’ll automatically receive the double electric pump — the single option is not available through insurance.

Why are these cheaper here? When I’ve put the same insurance info in on medical supply websites, many pumps are $100 more at least.

Best Answer:  Our Babylist Health team can answer this for you! Email them at [email protected] for more information.

Insurance?

Best Answer:  Most plans cover a double electric pump. Visit Babylist.com/health to see which pumps are eligible through your insurance.

Love the Willow 360
This is my second time ordering a willow- and it’s such a game changer with pumping. I can’t be tied to a cord and these are super handy. I also pump more with the willow.

Overall I really like this

Overall I really like this pump. I get almost the same output as I do with Spectra which is my main pump. My only complaint is that you have to make sure you line each piece up precisely or it doesn’t work. Sometimes it’s a pain if it’s slightly off and you don’t know until you’re trying to use them. But once adjusted, they work great!

Wearable pump
So I was gifted this pump, I wanted to try something different than my momcozy. I LOVE the app feature. I can track my oz daily and it’s so so nice. I’m not fond of how the milk pours out of the spout, I’m literally obsessed with how pours from my momcozy but it’s obv not a big deal. My output seems to be the same and it looks a bit more natural in your bra. I wear my pumps everywhere. I do wish there were less parts to wash, it still doesn’t take too long but it is a bit of a hassle sometimes.

Best wearable pump!
I've used 4 different wearable pumps and the Willow Go is honestly the best one for output! The app could be a little better compared to other brands which is why I'm going 4 stars.

I struggled to find a pump that was hands free that worked for me with supplying twins. I spent hundreds of dollars and nothing ever worked. When I got my WillowGo pumps, everything changed! They are so comfortable and they fully empty me so I do not have to worry about losing supply which is a huge risk when pumping exclusively for twins. I am able to still care for them and do my daily tasks while pumping without fear of unlatching.
These are by far the best pumps I have ever had and are my primary, go to pumps!

Love these pumps. They are awesome at removing the majority of my milk. They do leak even with the caps on. My only complaint is assembly has to be absolute perfect in order to have suction when operating. I have assembled, unassembled, then reassembled the pumps numerous times in order to obtain suction. I honestly couldn't tell you what I am doing incorrectly that prevents me from having suction Everytime since I am consistent in how I put the pumps together and I know they are assembled correctly. There has been a few times that the pump has back flowed as well.

Works well! Very strong suction. I was worried about having so many pieces to clean but honestly it’s not much more than any other wearable. After adjusting I get the same out put as my wall pump! I would definitely recommend

Does not tell you if it is overfilling. It would be great if it could somehow stop when it reaches capacity. Otherwise a great pump, very convenient and works very well.
