14 Questions
Does this come with a carrying case?

Best Answer:  This does not come with a carrying case, but you can purchase one separately here.

Does this come with both pumps or just one?

Best Answer:  If you purchase this breast pump through the Babylist Shop, you can choose either the single or double option. When ordering through Babylist Health with insurance, you’ll automatically receive the double electric pump — the single option is not available through insurance.

What version is this?

Best Answer:  The Willow Go only has one version (they haven't released a 2.0), so this is considered the most recent.

Is it easy to control without the app? I don’t want to be connected to work while I’m pumping?

Best Answer:  Yes! You can use it with or without the app.

Without the app, you won't receive notifications about software updates, which can improve the functionality of the pump. You’ll also need to reach into your bra to manage your session and check your milk output.

Can you wear this when lying down?

Best Answer:  The Willow Go is only leak proof up to 45. Which means you can move around but cannot use it while laying down. If you want a Willow pump that is completely leakproof (even when laying down), you'll want to consider the Willow 360.

Is this considered a hospital grade breast pump?

Best Answer:  This pump isn't classified as a hospital-grade pump.

Does this set not include the 21mm flange?

Best Answer:  This pump includes 21mm and 24mm flanges.

The specs say single or double to choose from, but I don't see how I can choose double. Does it come as a set or just one single pump for one breast?

Best Answer:  If you purchase this breast pump through the Babylist Shop, you can choose either the single or double option. When ordering through Babylist Health with insurance, you’ll automatically receive the double electric pump — the single option is not available through insurance.

Why are these cheaper here? When I’ve put the same insurance info in on medical supply websites, many pumps are $100 more at least.

Best Answer:  Our Babylist Health team can answer this for you! Email them at [email protected] for more information.

Insurance?

Best Answer:  Most plans cover a double electric pump. Visit Babylist.com/health to see which pumps are eligible through your insurance.

Super convenient!
This pump has been a game changer. I love not being stuck next to plug especially as someone who exclusively pumps. Only downside is sometimes the pumps leak if you don't have everything aligned just right but you get the hang of it after a few times.

The willow has been exceedingly frustrating to work. I infrequently fail to get the pump to actually suction my breasts despite ensuring I have correct flange size. The pump intermittently successfully yields milk. It’s not reliable for a working mom or mom in the go…

Overall Wonderful

I overall love this pump and is now my primary pump.
Positives: Fits nicely in bra, can move around without worrying too much about spilling or splashing of milk, great suction level, size up collection cups, and good battery life with quick charging. The app is great and easily connects and tracks sessions.
Opportunities: they are a little louder than other pumps/wearables I have, are a little heavy in bra so a good supportive bra is a must, sometimes the suction is poor if the diaphragm or flange is too cold or damp

The Willow Go has been a total game-changer for my daily routine because it finally gives me my hands back without compromising on output. I love that it fits entirely inside my bra with no external tubes or wires, so I can actually move around the house or take a meeting without feeling like I’m tethered to a wall. Even though it's a wearable, the suction feels just as powerful as my traditional plug-in pump, and having the option for the 7 oz containers is a massive relief for my higher-supply

I love these pumps! I don’t know if I would have survived with just my original pump and being attached. These have allowed me to relax while pumping or get things done. It also means I don’t have to hold bottles while pumping or have a special bra to hold them for me. I think the suction is great! They are the only pumps I use!

Easy to use and comfortable.

Easy to use and comfortable. This pump expresses a very similar amount to what I can get with my Spectra. I like using the app. Wish it came with replacement parts so I didn’t have to wash so many parts so frequently.

Great pump. I get just as much when pumping with my Willow go as compared to hospital grade pumps. Way more convenient and comfortable as well.

Does the job. . sometimes
Very temperamental pumps. They have to be perfectly aligned to work and have any sort of suction. Even then- they are low powered. I’m only 2 months in and I can already feel them losing steam and I predominantly nurse.
