Doesn’t work

Did not work from the beginning we got it as gift on Amazon registry. Then we got replaced motor and it only worked 3 months and suddenly stopped. What a waste. It should be recalled

Motor never worked
Got as a gift and never got to use, doesn’t turn on

Only lasted 3 months
The first motor just died one day after 3 months of use. Graco had me ship back the motor and they sent a new motor. This process took weeks. The new motor stopped working after 5 minutes. Their only solution was for me to send the entire swing back, purchasing my own box to do so as I had thrown away the original packaging, so that they would send me an entirely new swing. The baby has been without this for over a month now and will still be for another couple of weeks. We became dependent on this swing and it’s been such a headache. Find a better swing.

Disappointing

We were able to use this less than 15 times before it quit swinging and playing sound. Disappointed in this product.

Do NOT put this on your registry!
I received this as a gift for our baby shower, she swung in it 1x and now the music and swing stopped working. I’ve tried new batteries and different outlets with no luck. The green light is on but it does not work and Graco will not accept gifts to be returned or exchanged.

Never worked
I got this as a gift from our baby shower and it never worked once. Tried with batteries, plugged in, and both and still never turned on. I opened it up and tested the power (it’s receiving power), and seems to be an issue with the board. I’d like a replacement but got as a gift with no receipt

Works until it doesn’t….
My baby loved this seat and it seemed like the only thing that could soothe her to sleep until 3.5 months , and then the motor just stopped working. We tried new batteries, new plug. Nothing would work. Very frustrating. Is this normal? Is there a recall? Is my 1 year warranty valid?

Disappointed
My baby loves this swing, but it’s very unreliable. We’ve been using it for about 4 weeks and it only works sometimes. There is something wrong with the swinging mechanism. It sounds like it’s trying to swing but isn’t doing it. My baby is only 10 lbs so he isn’t too heavy. Very disappointing since it’s the only thing that will sooth him when we’ve exhausted all options!

I've had this for 2 months and sometimes the motor swings sometimes it doesn't. Pretty bummed as I know these aren't cheap at all.
