Best Answer: The Graco Simple Sway Baby Swing can run on either the included AC power adapter or 4 D (LR20) 1.5V batteries. The swing's vibration feature also requires a separate 1 D (LR20) 1.5V battery in the seat unit.

Waste of money
Completely stopped working after a little over 3 months of ownership, for the price i’d expect it to last atleast 6 months. would not recommend buying. find something with better quality.

Longevity disappointment
I’d give the swing 5 stars for the short time it actually worked. My baby LOVED it!!!
Unfortunately, the swing completely stopped working after a short time. Complete waste of money. I would look at purchasing a different brand with better quality if you want a product to last for more than just a few weeks/ months.

Wish I could give ZERO stars
Very disappointed in this swing. After just 3 weeks of use, the wires have disconnected from the motor and the swing no longer works. A waste of 135 dollars…. Such a large amount of money now wasted after welcoming our new baby to our family. If I could give ZERO stars, I would

Love this swing. Got one to have at my house for my granddaughter because her parents have one for her at home. The baby seems to enjoy the vibration setting. I do wish that the mobile rotated.

This product sucks
The installation instructions are a complete waste of time, the bird button on the machine just makes the swing sound like it’s breaking. This product is terrible. No wonder there are almost more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews. Don’t buy this thing.

Disappointed
Giving this swing one star is being generous. We have gotten 2 of the same swings for our baby because he loved it so much! With the first swing the motor broke after not even a month! So we decided to buy another one, with the second one on the highest speed setting (6) it barely swings. LOL. My baby is 12lbs. The description says it can hold up to 30lbs. There is no reason this swing should be barely swinging. Not to mention the unbearable creaking noise with every sway.

What is swing and start working after a couple months I contacted Graco and they asked me to ship it back and I would get a refund after. I shipped it back they confirmed the return and they haven’t they never sent my money back I keep sending emails once a month to see if they are able to refund me and I get absolutely no response. They kept my money.

Great swing, wish it was more colorful

Our baby has loved this swing since he was a newborn. We received it secondhand and it still works perfectly, the only thing that didn't work when we got it was the vibration and I'm assuming that's just because of the batteries. It is also super easy to disassemble and clean which is a huge perk for me. My biggest complaint about these is that they lack color. Products for babies should be bright, saturated, and colorful so it's disappointing to have yet another bland product with grey stars. Who wants to look at grey stars??

I bought this baby swing for my granddaughter and am very disappointed in not the product necessarily, but T in the company itself. I wanted a swing that swings front to back, like a swing, for sure. If it went side to side as well that’s fine. Since the box that it came in clearly shows the swing with the seat turned sideways, therefore it would swing front to back instead of side to side. My baby has been loving this swing since birth and he is 3 months old now! Swing is a good price compared to other brands and we love the vibration feature. It would be nice if the vibration feature didn’t use batteries was connected to the plug in.
