Description
The Graco SmartSense Soothing Baby Swing starts to soothe baby in seconds, with technology that hears baby’s cries and responds with calming sound and motion. It offers thousands of combinations of gentle motions, soft vibration, multiple speeds, white noise and calming music to help create more peaceful moments for you and baby. The Swing cycles through soothing combinations automatically until it hears that baby is comforted.
Swing, rock, cradle and glide motions mimic the way parents naturally soothe their babies, while a cozy body support made with organic cotton fabrics helps keep baby comfortably snug. Three recline positions allow you to customize the swing to what baby likes best, and a toy bar entertains baby and provides visual stimulation. The comfy 5-point harness keeps little ones secure.

Won’t turn on!
Got this as a gift for my baby shower in August, now that my little one is almost a month old I just opened it, turned it on once to check it out, then went to use it again with little one and it wouldn’t even turn it on! I have no warranty or receipt!!

Swing function faulty
Stopped swinging and it’s only been 4 months. Only used it a few times as my baby did not like it as a newborn for long periods. Revisited it now that my baby is older and it doesn’t work. My baby is not at the weight or age limit.

I have had two of these swings already and they have both stopped working. The motor gets messed up and it quits working. I am very unpleased with this product. I have reached out numerous times trying to get them to refund and since I bought it throw Amazon it doesn’t matter. I give this swing a 0/10 do not buy it. It’s a waste of money

after one use we noticed that it started making this weird clicking sound, but it was still swinging just fine. thereafter it started swinging improperly and it got stuck in the forward swing and we haven’t used it since due to the concern of the safely of my child. unfortunately, i didn’t get the warranty as i have purchased several Graco products over a decade and not once had an issue with them. so i thought, “why buy the warranty when you’ve never had any issues?” now im unable to get a…

Horrible swing!
I would give this product zero stars if I could, which is a shame because we received it as a gift from a loved one that wanted to buy our baby something nice. We plugged it in and put my 7 day old son in it for the first time and it doesn’t work and is making a clicking noise. Literally on the FIRST USE!!! Total rip off and I’d like my money back or an exchange for a different brand.

We received it as a baby shower gift. It was working great for the first couple of months. Now it makes noise and it sounds like it is missing some parts. I can’t use it anymore.

Breaks easily
It was nice until it broke. Graco customer service was not helpful and made the exchange complicated. We were without a swing for several days, which was the only way our baby would sleep for more than 20 minutes.

Great overall just loud metal rubbing sound.
Got this a a baby shower gift from my dad. Baby girl loves it but it makes a lot of noise like metal rubbing against each other. Also squeaks when the humidity is high. I’m afraid it’s going to break soon with how much it rubs.
Update: the swing has now stopped moving. Still turns on and sounds as if it’s swinging but doesn’t move. Very frustrated and disappointed. My baby loves this swing.

Life saver!

I was hesitant to buy this due to the price and not knowing how much I would actually use it. Fast forward a couple days and it has already justified its price. My baby when all other needs are met, she is fed and changed, but is still inconsolable, I put her in this and within a few minutes it has found the right combo to soothe her and sometimes even put her to sleep.
