Description
The Graco SmartSense Soothing Baby Swing detects baby’s cries — not background noise — and starts soothing in seconds. SmartSense technology responds automatically, cycling through thousands of combinations of gentle motion, soft vibration, white noise and calming music to help baby settle without constant intervention.
Four unique motions — swing, rock, cradle and glide — mimic the natural movements parents use to soothe baby. A removable infant body support made with organic cotton fabrics keeps baby snug, and three recline positions let you customize the angle for comfort.
A toybar with soft toys provides visual stimulation, while the five-point harness with soft harness covers keeps baby securely in place.

Great till its not

Got this as a gift at baby shower used it for 3 months baby absolutely loves it but it stopped swinging. Tried all trouble shooting suggestions. An have no reciept as it was a gift. I dont recommend due to poor quality.

My Son Loves This Swing

I bought this back in February, and my son absolutely loves it. He takes his best naps in the SmartSense™ Soothing Swing — the gentle motion is perfect for him. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I even recommended it to a friend, and she’s had great things to say about it too, especially the soothing songs it provides. Highly recommend!

Broke after a few uses
Had for a few months and one of the rocking modes now makes a loud metal banging noise. Low quality for such an expensive product. Definitely do not recommend.

Won’t turn on!
Got this as a gift for my baby shower in August, now that my little one is almost a month old I just opened it, turned it on once to check it out, then went to use it again with little one and it wouldn’t even turn it on! I have no warranty or receipt!!

Swing function faulty
Stopped swinging and it’s only been 4 months. Only used it a few times as my baby did not like it as a newborn for long periods. Revisited it now that my baby is older and it doesn’t work. My baby is not at the weight or age limit.

I have had two of these swings already and they have both stopped working. The motor gets messed up and it quits working. I am very unpleased with this product. I have reached out numerous times trying to get them to refund and since I bought it throw Amazon it doesn’t matter. I give this swing a 0/10 do not buy it. It’s a waste of money

after one use we noticed that it started making this weird clicking sound, but it was still swinging just fine. thereafter it started swinging improperly and it got stuck in the forward swing and we haven’t used it since due to the concern of the safely of my child. unfortunately, i didn’t get the warranty as i have purchased several Graco products over a decade and not once had an issue with them. so i thought, “why buy the warranty when you’ve never had any issues?” now im unable to get a…

Horrible swing!
I would give this product zero stars if I could, which is a shame because we received it as a gift from a loved one that wanted to buy our baby something nice. We plugged it in and put my 7 day old son in it for the first time and it doesn’t work and is making a clicking noise. Literally on the FIRST USE!!! Total rip off and I’d like my money back or an exchange for a different brand.

We received it as a baby shower gift. It was working great for the first couple of months. Now it makes noise and it sounds like it is missing some parts. I can’t use it anymore.
