I’ve been using this daily for my grandson. I love that you only need 1 battery (which I use a AA rechargeable and a C battery spacer).
I had to take it apart to wash it today and spent 30min fighting to get the nylon straps through the plastic clasps.

Great for small spaces
I love how versatile it can be! I love that it can be used multiple ways considering we anre limited on space due to my toddler having so many toys taking up our living room. Although I’m now missing the toy bar and don’t know how to get a replacement.

Can’t remove the seat to wash it!
Was great….until it needed washed. The straps are IMPOSSIBLE to feed back through so you can remove the insert and cloth seat for washing. We all have sore thumbs from fighting this thing. Booooo!

It’s okay
It’s comfortable and nice, but it was hard to get the straps through and now we can’t get them out to wash it.

Pad does not remove
I bought this and am amazed there are no instructions for removing the pad to wash it. It is impossible to remove.

poor quality
Bought few days ago after assembly noticed gray button stuck on vibrator pack put new battery in twice will not work at all never even used it Trying to call customer service on hold x 2 days just music no one will answer

Missing Piece
We were super excited to use this product, but the vibrating piece wasn’t in the box, and unfortunately that’s an important part of this rocker.

Vibrating Piece broke
I bought this chair a few months ago and I’ve been using it for my newborn daughter since April. Yesterday (6/6/2022) the vibrating component to the chair just stopped working. That was the selling point for this chair to me, since it has 3 different conversions. My daughter doesn’t even want to use the chair since that piece broke.

I love the concept of this piece of baby gear because it goes from something that a newborn can use to something that a preschooler can use. Talk about value for your money! I don't think it's the best bouncer or rocker out there, but it's decent, and the fact that it can also convert to just a stationary seat as well (that can hold up to 40 pounds!) put this into a definite consideration category. I recived the Keep Cozy 3 in 1 as part of a promotion. I love the versatility of this rocker and how your child can you it for a long time from infant to toddler. Origanly wanted it for the baby but toddler liked using it as a chair.
