I would like to say that the Mabē carrier customer service was great. We had received monarch carrier with a defect on it and I emailed customer service as soon as I saw it. They got to me so fast and the service was on point. They were able to respond to me fast and then resolved the issue as quickly as they could. I really appreciate the quickness and thoroughness of the service. Looking forward to using my Monarch carrier 🫶🏽

Comfy and cute
I wanted to get a carrier that actually made me feel a little bit stylish. My 4 month old fits in it really cozily. The fabric is soft and flexible, and the design of the carrier makes it comfortable for me. It feels really well made too. Feels durable. A great price for a quality and lovely product.

I recently purchased this baby carrier, and unfortunately it didn’t work well for me. The material is quite stiff and not flexible, which makes it uncomfortable for both me and my baby during longer use. Also, the carrier only allows one carrying position — facing inward — which limits how I can use it as my baby grows and becomes more curious about the world. I was hoping for something softer, more adjustable, and easier to move in. Overall, it’s not as comfortable or practical as I expected

Best carrier
I purchased the carrier when my baby was 4 months old. She just turn one and I’m still wearing my fav carrier and her dad loves to wear it as well. So comfy

Order feedback
After thinking I would have to cancel my order due to address issues. Mabē was very helpful to replace my order to an alternate address and got it within a few days. The carrier has been so helpful to have and baby loves taking naps in it. I love the color and material of it as well!
