This is my third Britax car seat, and it feels like a miss to me. My previous experiences with Britax have been excellent - high quality, long lasting, etc. But this latest car seat feels cheap. The buttons don’t work well - it’s tough to get the seat unattached from the base, or to adjust the carry handle. The infant inserts feel thinner and don’t stay in place well. Just not the quality I expected from Britax.

I bought this car seat and I hate it! It does not have enough head support for infants and it gets stuck in the base. I have two bases and it gets stuck in both of them. Not worth the money 10/10 do not recommend

It was easy to install . Safety and comfort seem to be good so far . Cleaning was super easy and didn't stain . Dont know about durability yet. I will update on that later.

I don't have a baby but I gifted this to my cousin and he's been loving it! He's thankful at how much easier is it to set up in the car compared to other car seats he's owned. Baby G sits very securely and looks very comfy and cute while doing it! Overall he would recommend this car seat to other parents.

The base for this car seat sucks
I hate the base for this car seat. It’s such a pita to get the car seat out of it. Half the time I have to leave seat in it cuz it won’t come out. I miss the old Britax infant seats. They need to figure out how to fix this issue

We have twins so we got these seats cause the car seat tech recommended them cause we could put them side by side in our car,so my wife could sit in the back behind the passenger seat.

No complaints about the seat, and would definitely buy it again.

Love love love all Britax products
I used Britax with my first born rear facing and convertible and love how secure the click tight feature makes it feel, and just I just had another amazing experience with them when a willow rear facing car seat I ordered from Amazon had a malfunction and in less than a week I had a brand new car seat on my door step, made me feel amazing to know they were just as concerned about my child’s safety as me and quickly got me a new one

The car seat won’t click into the base 99% of the time and won’t come out of it if you finally manage it to click in. Babylist customer service is telling me I need to contact Britax and Britax customer service is awful and you can never get ahold of anyone. I‘m not stuck with a non working car seat and have no replacement.

I had Britax 11 years ago with my son and now again with my newest baby who was born in September 2023. The plastic clip on the carrier jammed in the stroller and broke off leaving one side unable to snap properly into the base or stroller.

The carseat cover is always getting stuck pulling it down and it isn't long enough. The car seat itself gets stuck when trying to take it out of the base. The stroller is very hard to fold and the car seat is wobbly when snapping into the stroller. Waste of money, do not recommend
