Best Answer: You can use the core features without a subscription, including playing built-in sounds, adjusting volume and night light color/brightness, setting basic schedules like time-to-rise, and controlling everything through the app or buttons on the device. The subscription is only needed for extra content like expert sleep programs, sound stories and sleep insights.
Best Answer: Hatch Baby will need to be plugged in and does not come with a battery back up.
