Can this work on battery power without being plugged in? ?

LOVE the new Hatch Baby!!
We have 2 of the older versions of the Hatch Baby sound machine (which we still love), but the newest version has definitely leveled up! The sleek design, button to easily control the volume, more options for sounds and light variations, just overall updated version of the original.

Lots of waiting
I love the design and sounds of the new Hatch Baby. I bought it in hopes of getting great help from a sleep consultant. I changed my baby’s schedule and things seemed to improve. My complaint is the lag time between responses from my consultant. My baby’s wake windows are 5 hours and sometimes I can’t even get a response within that window to troubleshoot an issue or get advice on something specific that isn’t mentioned in the sleep guide. OUR NEW FAVORITE SOUND MACHINE
the new hatch baby sound machine is 10/10! Honestly hands down the best sound machine, we love this so much more than the originals. First off it is so cute and looks aesthetic in the nursery, new sounds, lights, and the bedtime stories and lullabies are my toddlers favorite!

LOVE!
We just upgraded from our hatch rest and have been in love with the new hatch baby. My little one has learned to press the button and it’s so adorable to watch! The in-app features are amazing as well and have really helped with our sleep schedule since not every day is the same. The sleep guides and sleep consultant feature is so helpful! I also really like that there is a volume dial on top of the hatch baby, much quicker than adjusting in the app like before. There is even a night light…
