Does this require a subscription with the app to have full use of everything for the hatch?
Best Answer: No, a subscription isn’t required to use the Hatch Baby Sound Machine or its basic app controls, lights, sounds, and bedtime/wake cues. A Hatch+ subscription is needed to access the full premium library and additional features, such as premium stories, songs, dynamic lights and sleep-support content.
can you link your spotify Playlist with this machine as I have created soothing christian songs of my own?
Best Answer: No. Hatch sound machines don’t support linking or streaming your own Spotify playlists, and you can’t upload personal songs to the Hatch app. You can only play the sounds, music and stories available through Hatch’s own content library.

I absolutely love the hatch baby. I haven’t had any issues with it since it’s come in. It’s my alarm clock and my sleep helper.

Doesn’t work
Won’t connect to Bluetooth and Hatch’s “solution” is to send me a new power cord? It turns on but won’t connect to Bluetooth, doesn’t sound like a power problem. I plan on returning it and buying the same Hatch I have for my 4 year old, the Hatch Rest

Perfect
My family owns 3 hatches now and we love them all! My daughter and my son both have the hatch baby. They’re easy to use, convenient and fun. My kids love picking out cute colors and sounds for alarms and stories. 5 stars!

The best
My daughter loves her hatch. We had the hatch rest plus and all of a sudden it stopped working correctly. I emailed customer service and they were so helpful. They realized it was sending an error code so they replaced it with a new hatch so quickly that it didn’t mess up my daughter’s night routine. We’re so grateful for our hatch 💕

So worth it
We love our hatches. Starlight is a favorite and I love being able to control it from my phone and switch between kids devices. I don’t love that it saves the most recent setting, but overall great quality and easy to use. Customer service is fantastic.
