Happy Household
I have used and loved this sound machine since our oldest child was born. When the sound machine stopped working, the customer service to send a new one was customer friendly and seamless and speedy in terms of delivering a new sound machine.

Flashing light wakes baby
We love this sound machine, we use it as our main one and have traveled with it. The hanging options is very useful, it’s easy to pack, and the light comes in handy. Only issue is the flashing light when charging wakes our daughter. Even if you leave it plugged in 24/7, the light will still flash. We have to cover or hide it. Planning to get the hatch as our daughter is getting more sensitive to the flashing the older she gets.

Good but a few things really need to be fixed!
Functionally this works great! However some big design flaws that I hope they fix. 1) Its impossible to see what the different buttons are for! Even with the lights on I struggle. They also feel the same so good luck in the middle of the night. 2) When the battery is low the light flashes. When the battery is done changing the light flashes. It's really fun to wake up in the middle of the night to a flashing light grateful that it didn't wake up the baby! Considering this product is often used at night the flashing lights are not great. What about a tiny red or green light?!

Power button doesnt work
I used the product once and it was working well, but now the light is on and I can’t turn the music on with the power button. The last time I used it, it wouldn’t turn off, and now it doesn’t make any sound at all. Could you help me?

Terrible Product Design
Whoever designed this so that the low battery life/charging signal is a blinding white strobe light has never had a baby. “Yes let’s make it so that this sound machine, designed to help baby sleep will DEFINITELY wake up baby when the battery is low.” What a terrible product design.

Simple Warranty
This machine is great, it charges easy and is small enough for a pocket so taking it room to room or even a different location is simple. The warranty process is amazing we had some trouble with an item and it is so simple to get it fixes or replaced. All the other Frida's we own we have had foe 2 children with no issues. Love the brand and the products!

Broke within 90 days
I had my baby in February 2025 and was super excited to use this for the features that it has. Unfortunately, it is now April 2025 and it does not work anymore. Tried different outlets to make sure it was not me. Very disappointed because of the reviews I have read about this product and other Frida products.

Awful flashing light.
Where to start…
The low battery indicator is essentially a very bright strobe light. Once the battery is low, the light just starts flashing extremely fast to get you to charge it. It woke my baby up in the middle of the night. For something that straps to a crib to be used at night, you know, to help a baby sleep, you would think it wouldn’t be designed to be something that immediately wakes the baby up.
The thing also does not hold the charging cable to even get a charge. It has…
