Design over function
The Nanit Sound + Light is great for a 'smart' sound machine, but does have a learning curve to it and you should be mindful of who's going to be using this device. Like other modern 'smart' devices, sometimes these things prioritize design over function. As a result, easily accessible physical buttons are lacking and control is based on using the app, and your pre-emptively learning how to use the 1-second, 2-second, etc. touches to the top the unit. My wife and I had to read the instructions…

Great product!
I have been using my sound and light machine every night. Its a great, easy tonise product. With all the night time feedings, the adjustable light makes it easy to see what I’m doing while keeping it dark enough to get my baby easily back to sleep. The different sound options are great too for added comfort. I have my machine to automatically start playing at a certain time to help me keep on track of bedtume routines.

Awesome addition to the nursery
I love the ability to adjust the light and the multiple sound options. The dimly lit clock display is an added bonus for sure. All controlled from an app in the phone or device. My twins love this and can easily turn off and the device theirselves.
