Love this version of the Hatch!
We love the hatch baby! My daughter turns the music on each night during bath time to wind down and then it goes into sound mode and it’s an amazing transition! Also love the on/off/sound button! So easy to use. We love the clock too!

Love the new design!!
The new design is so incredibly beautiful I’m obsessed. It’s so pretty in his nursery. We use it every single day multiple times a day and we have a baby girl on the way now!! I’ll need to get another one. Can’t recommend enough

Review for company
My hatch was having a lot of issues but they discontinued the model. I was very surprised at how amazing the customer service was to assist me. They were very generous in sending me a replacement. I haven’t been able to connect the device because it won’t read my WiFi but because it was a free replacement I don’t feel like there’s any room for complaints. I really appreciate the company’s efforts though! Top notch in responding.

Support for the win.
I ordered a Hatch Baby for my daughter's nursery. However when I received it, there was an issue with the big button. Support was extremely helpful and fast. They sent a replace. ent device quickly after providing proof of the issue I experienced. Now that my daughter is born the light is just enough to see her at night with a good white noise that keeps her from noticing other noises in the house. For example, my dogs eat at night sometimes, and that noise could easily wake my daughter. The Hatch Baby has been a great purchase.

Hatch baby
Hatch baby not only looks nice and comes in alot of nice colors and simple with the big button in the middle. But it has helped our child with his bedtime routine as well as getting him up in the mornings.

Love the Lamp, App is Annoying
I love the lamp & all the color options and white noise. But the app is a little overstuffed & sometimes it's hard to find what I'm looking for.

NO RESERVE BATTERY BACKUP LIKE REST+
We loved the Rest+ (2nd Gen) we bought for our daughter and still use it every night, so we assumed upgrading to the newer model for our newborn would be an easy decision.
While the button controls on top are a nice addition, this feels like a major step backward in functionality: HATCH REMOVED THE BATTERY BACKUP FEATURE!!!
Unfortunately, we found out the hard way. During a power outage, the sound machine shut off completely—and so did our baby’s sleep.
