Best Answer: Per Million Dollar Baby: when the mattress support is set to the highest position the distance from the floor to the top of the mattress support is 17" and when it is set to the lowest the distance is 8.5". The two other mattress heights are at even intervals between the lowest and highest position.

This crib is so beautiful! Super fast shipping, I ordered it and got it 5 days later, which was so great! its well made and seems very sturdy. Customer service was amazing because exchanged the Winston bed for this. This one is way better!!!

Shipping was awful. Took over 5 weeks. Items were not on back order when order was placed. Customer service wasn’t very helpful- told me I needed to reach out to the delivery company myself. Furniture wise the pieces are very nice and sturdy
