The Tray turns your Tripp Trapp Chair into a standalone high chair, while the Cushion adds softness, style and comfort.
The Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair made its debut in 1972 and has been going strong ever since (Stokke calls it a “chair for life” for a reason). Devotees love the iconic Scandinavian design that’s highly functional and looks great with your grown-up decor.
This versatile chair brings your baby right up to the table to join the family meal. The adjustable design has both depth-and height-adjustable seat and footplates for ergonomic seating position at any age. The footplate effectively brings the floor up to your child, allowing for greater balance, comfort and freedom of movement.
Norwegian manufacturer Stokke makes the chairs from high-quality, solid European beech or oak wood with an attention to craftsmanship. The Tripp Trapp is a sturdy piece of furniture (it holds up to 300 lbs) that would be very hard for a child to tip, even for toddlers who are climbing in and out of the chair on their own.
The Baby Set provides support and stability starting around six months. When baby is learning to sit, the Baby Set gives little ones comfortable side and back support. It also provides freedom of movement and helps teach them the important skill of sitting. When they can confidently climb in and out of their chair on their own, you can remove the Baby Set. This latest version has an updated safe and intuitive harness buckle, two click-in points and a quick, one-click release button. You can completely remove the harness for easier cleaning (it’s machine wash safe) and attach it back in about 30 seconds.

Great chair to grow with baby
This is our second stokke chair purchase! We love it- out babies love it! Great to grow with them. Highly recommend the infant chair- great to have them up higher during meal times and hanging out in the kitchens.

Cheap Delivery
My feelings about this chair were soured by an incredibly poor delivery experience from FedEx. They lied about being able to deliver the package, so it was late. Then they delivered the package beat up, opened, and with holes in it.
I will not be recommending this chair to anyone as long as you keep using FedEx.

quality still the same, 20 years between purchases
I owned one of these when my own kids were little, and it was rock solid. Now we have a new one for our granddaughter, and it is just as solidly made and practical as the first.

Worth the Investment
We’re very happy with the Stokke Tripp Trapp Chair. The adjustable seat and footrest provide great ergonomic support and help our child sit comfortably with good posture. The solid wood construction is beautiful and very sturdy, and it feels like a chair that will last for many years.

Independent use by little one
Great piece of furniture. My little one climbs up and down with confidence which was the main goal.

Very durable, Multi-Use baby holder
I purchased it and initially my son was well... upset because it's not as squishy as everything else. He got used to it and loves sitting in it to watch "the world below" because he can see our dogs doing things, watch mom do the dishes. It's easy to clean, and despite my decision to not read the instructions it's very easy to assemble. My wife used it as a step stool to test the limits claimed and it absolutely supported an adult.
