The Tray turns your Tripp Trapp Chair into a standalone high chair, while the Cushion adds softness, style and comfort.
The Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair made its debut in 1972 and has been going strong ever since (Stokke calls it a “chair for life” for a reason). Devotees love the iconic Scandinavian design that’s highly functional and looks great with your grown-up decor.
This versatile chair brings your baby right up to the table to join the family meal. The adjustable design has both depth-and height-adjustable seat and footplates for ergonomic seating position at any age. The footplate effectively brings the floor up to your child, allowing for greater balance, comfort and freedom of movement.
Norwegian manufacturer Stokke makes the chairs from high-quality, solid European beech or oak wood with an attention to craftsmanship. The Tripp Trapp is a sturdy piece of furniture (it holds up to 300 lbs) that would be very hard for a child to tip, even for toddlers who are climbing in and out of the chair on their own.
The Baby Set provides support and stability starting around six months. When baby is learning to sit, the Baby Set gives little ones comfortable side and back support. It also provides freedom of movement and helps teach them the important skill of sitting. When they can confidently climb in and out of their chair on their own, you can remove the Baby Set. This latest version has an updated safe and intuitive harness buckle, two click-in points and a quick, one-click release button. You can completely remove the harness for easier cleaning (it’s machine wash safe) and attach it back in about 30 seconds.

Very durable, Multi-Use baby holder
I purchased it and initially my son was well... upset because it's not as squishy as everything else. He got used to it and loves sitting in it to watch "the world below" because he can see our dogs doing things, watch mom do the dishes. It's easy to clean, and despite my decision to not read the instructions it's very easy to assemble. My wife used it as a step stool to test the limits claimed and it absolutely supported an adult.

Not worth it - get the Lalo
Yes it looks nice, I like that it’s all natural wood however, taking the cushions on and off for when you need to wash are the biggest pain! It’s so hard to take apart to get the cushions on and off. Now knowing that I wish I got the Lalo high chair

Comfortable for 6 month old
We bought this a few weeks ago to start feeding purees to our 6 month old. I immediately noticed how comfortable she was which made our initial feeding days so much more enjoyable. I love that this seat will grow with her through every stage.

Its comfortable, looks good and can be used with ease. I would recommend this any mom or grandmom. The look and feel is great too. I guess this talks to the craftsmanship.

Worth every penny — we use it every single day
We did a lot of research before choosing the Tripp Trapp, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases we’ve made.

Happy, as expected
We have been using the Tripp Trapp for 3 weeks and so far we really like it. Baby seems comfortable and it has been pretty easy to keep clean. Bonus: it looks great at our table.
