The Tray turns your Tripp Trapp Chair into a standalone high chair, while the Cushion adds softness, style and comfort.
The Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair made its debut in 1972 and has been going strong ever since (Stokke calls it a “chair for life” for a reason). Devotees love the iconic Scandinavian design that’s highly functional and looks great with your grown-up decor.
This versatile chair brings your baby right up to the table to join the family meal. The adjustable design has both depth-and height-adjustable seat and footplates for ergonomic seating position at any age. The footplate effectively brings the floor up to your child, allowing for greater balance, comfort and freedom of movement.
Norwegian manufacturer Stokke makes the chairs from high-quality, solid European beech or oak wood with an attention to craftsmanship. The Tripp Trapp is a sturdy piece of furniture (it holds up to 300 lbs) that would be very hard for a child to tip, even for toddlers who are climbing in and out of the chair on their own.
The Baby Set provides support and stability starting around six months. When baby is learning to sit, the Baby Set gives little ones comfortable side and back support. It also provides freedom of movement and helps teach them the important skill of sitting. When they can confidently climb in and out of their chair on their own, you can remove the Baby Set. This latest version has an updated safe and intuitive harness buckle, two click-in points and a quick, one-click release button. You can completely remove the harness for easier cleaning (it’s machine wash safe) and attach it back in about 30 seconds.

Not worth it - get the Lalo
Yes it looks nice, I like that it’s all natural wood however, taking the cushions on and off for when you need to wash are the biggest pain! It’s so hard to take apart to get the cushions on and off. Now knowing that I wish I got the Lalo high chair

I’m honestly so happy with it. It’s incredibly comfortable for the baby, very stable, and the design is just beautiful. It blends perfectly with the house instead of looking like bulky baby gear.
I love how adjustable it is as the baby grows, and the quality feels amazing. Practical, stylish, and actually something you’re happy to see at the table every day.

Beautiful design and grows with your child
The Tripp Trapp chair is one of the best baby products we’ve purchased. The build quality is excellent and the chair feels extremely sturdy and safe. We also love the timeless wooden design that fits perfectly in our home.
The adjustable seat and footrest make it very ergonomic and comfortable as the baby grows. It’s clear the chair was designed with both safety and interaction in mind.
This is definitely a long-term investment that we expect to use for many years.

Adaptable!

Beautiful and practical

Built to Last and Worth Every Penny
This is our second Tripp Trapp purchase, and our loyalty to the brand is rooted in one thing: unmatched durability. We bought our first chair in 2022, and after years of daily use, it remains as structurally sound and aesthetically beautiful as the day we unboxed it. Seeing how well it transitioned with our daughter into her toddler years made it a non-negotiable for our second baby’s registry. It’s rare to find a product that ignores 'planned obsolescence' in favor of true craftsmanship, but this chair is built to last for a decade, not just a season!

Second Child, Second Chair!
We bought our first Tripp Trapp 4 years ago with our first child. It remains our favorite purchase as parents. We knew we’d need a second once we had another child! Easy to adjust and clean. Sturdy and high quality. Customer service worked quickly and well when we needed them.

Second one!
No need to say a lot. This is our second one for our second baby coming in the end of March. Our family members have purchased from different brands and we have used those brands, but some are big and bulky some are flimsy. It is solid, module, and fits are aesthetic.
