Doona is a complete and fully integrated travel system, allowing you to move from car seat to stroller in seconds. The unique one-piece design transforms from car seat to stroller and back again: just fold back the wheels, retract the handle and slot it into the car seat base (or buckle it with a seat belt).
The Infant Insert creates a near-flat ergonomic position for safety and comfort, while the Head Support ensures extra side impact protection with energy-absorbing materials. It also features a UPF 50+ sun protection and water-repellent canopy.
Certified and approved for air travel, you can take the Doona from car to plane to train. It’s even narrow enough you can push it down an airplane aisle.
Note: Doona is excellent for on the go, but some parents find it’s not fully-featured and maneuverable enough to be your everyday walking stroller.

Not worth the hype
Don’t buy — it’s not really a stroller. Better to invest in a good quality car seat and a proper travel stroller.
The quality feels very plasticky. Yes, it has wheels so you can roll the car seat from the car to the apartment (and vice versa), but it’s super heavy and not practical for actual walks or travel.
The belts constantly tangle and twist, which is frustrating.
Sorry Doona — for me this is all marketing. I even bought a limited edition color, but still disappointed.
