Works good and is nice, could be better quality and have nicer better placed dual zipper on the top.

Overall not a bad product.
- Good fabrics, but bad rubber on the tires
- Very heavy, not sure how a lady can walk with it in her hands.
- Not very comfortable to be removed from the car seat latch.
- I personally would have preferred to have the option of being flatter. it has only one incline position.

Defective
We got a defective product and after calling the support team, the best they could do is advise me to file a claim. I explained to them that the cover wouldn’t stay on the top and instead of helping me, they suggested I invest more of my precious time to filing a claim (no thank you, I just gave birth).

After using for just one months the top is completely loose and falls off. Also if your baby is a sweat ball the mesh will stink and hold onto baby sweat smell after one use. Definitely not worth the month
