This is my 3rd and final diaper bag backpack. It’s the be all, end all. Nothing compares to it. Lightweight, user friendly, perfectly designed.
We had to keep milk cold for a marathon travel day in the airport and this did the job (plus and ice pack). Tons of room for my stuff too. I’ll never use another.

Obsessed with this bag
I've only ever had this as a diaper bag so I can't compare to others. But this does everything we need it to! I love the insulated pockets for food/milk on the go. The diaper organizer is so helpful and I love the pockets on the inside for more organization. I got the Large size and it fits everything we need. When I was pumping it fit all of baby's stuff as well as much pumping things! The only thing I dislike is the clips to attach to the stroller are very small so it's hard to take off. But…

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service
Stitching on the shoulder strap began to pull apart (less than 8 months of use). Caraa initially said the repair would be a 2 week turnaround, now its forecasted to be 2 months at a minimum!
At this price point, it's disappointing that a so-called "luxury" brand does not have phone number customer service nor any offer to provide a temporary bag.
Also, Caraa's email customer services says a response to issues/questions may take 1-5 business days.

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service.
Poor quality and poor customer service. Strap's stitching began to come apart in less than 8 months of use. Caraa customer support originally said it would be a 2 week turnaround time to repair. Now that 3 weeks have passed, we receive an update that it won't be repaired until the end of the month; meaning a 2 MONTH delay. What was initially an annoyance is now a material impact in what we would have done. This bag is marketing and priced at 4x the median price of a durable diaper bag. Also, if…

Love using this bag at the beginning and almost 2 years later!
Love this bag! We got the medium in black, which was big enough for our one baby. He was breastfed so we didn’t have extra bottles so not sure if the medium size would be best for bottle fed babies.
