Description
The Kindred Bravely Soothing Fourth Trimester Panty comes with two soothing gel packs. Designed for pain relief after vaginal delivery or a C-section, the high-waisted design provides gentle compression and has three “pockets” for targeted warm or cool therapy after giving birth. The Gel packs can be placed in the gusset opening for perineal pain after vaginal delivery, in the stomach opening for C-section pain and/or breastfeeding cramps and in the back opening for cramps/pain after delivery.

- Warm in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (1-2 times)
- Cool in the freezer for 30 minutes

- Can also be used for menstrual cramps and other pain
- Body: 77% Nylon, 23% Spandex; Gusset: 100% Cotton
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle and tumble dry low
- Warning: Overheating can cause burning and serious injury; never place gel pack directly on skin as this can cause burning or freezing of the skin and do not use if punctured

Reading the reviews I’m absolutely perplexed that some people found this item to run small. I got a size medium and even now, 7 months postpartum (and underweight from breastfeeding), I still cannot get them up and over my hips. As a third time mom I was really hoping to love these during my early postpartum days. Sadly it was waste of money.

Please make this available in skin colors
I know post partum everything should really be black, but almost 3 months pp with my third and I wash my two pairs of these as often as I can. They hold everything in and I still feel like I can breathe. These fit sooo much better than any other type of shape wear. Belly bandits are legitimately painful. I like ergo, but they ride up. I like the ice pack pockets for postpartum. I wish I could get these in neutral because I love the belly coverage for nursing. The back goes far enough up so it…

Bought these on the recommendation of a friend for post hysterectomy support, and compression. I have been wearing these almost every day since surgery and they are perfect! Way better than a traditional binder.

Great amount of compression. These are super comfortable three weeks post cesarean. The slots for the hot and cold packs are extremely roomy and flexible for pack placement. I'm happy I bought two of these. One set of gel packs is enough. Im 5'6 somewhere between 180-200 and the large fit well. I look about 5/6 months pregnants, 3 or 4 in these.

The Best Post-C-Section Product
These were an absolute life-saver for me postpartum. I had a difficult recovery from my c-section, and these underwear were so great that I ordered another, pair even thought they're a bit pricey. I literally did laundry every other day for 4 weeks so I always had a clean pair to wear. The fabric is soft and silky, and the high-waisted compression was so much more comfortable than any of my core binders. Being able to insert the ice pack in the front was amazing for pain management. I'm sure these will be helpful with heat for period cramps, too. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Horrible smell
Got these in the mail and was excited as I’m 38 weeks and preparing for postpartum. The underwear and the ice/heat packs smell like they were DOUSED in perfume and I can’t get the smell out. It makes me nauseous so not sure I’m even going to be able to use these unfortunately. Seems like they’d be great if the smell wasn’t so strong.

Best thing for postpartum recovery!
I am two days postpartum from my 3rd c section delivery writing this. These have been a literal dream for recovery. I have been really itchy since the surgery and the buttery softness of the material and gentle compression of these have brought me so much relief. The pocket for ice packs works well for keeping them on my incision for extra pain relief. Fantastic for postpartum
These had the exact support I wanted/needed after giving birth to my third child. I wore these over a disposable pair and they were still extremely comfortable and supportive in all the right places. When I arrived home, I put the ice pack in the freezer for a bit, then put it down the front porch until it was in the perineal region. It felt fantastic! Highly recommend!!!
