I had a great experience with customer service! There was an error with the product delivered to my house. I emailed customer service. They responded right away and addressed the issue within a day. A new carrier was expedited to me. The experience with the staff was easy and everyone was so kind!

Perfect for newborns
Wonderful product. My newborn loves it and the head support is wonderful. Customer service was wonderful when we needed help with a button on the product. Overall this is a great carrier. Fashionable and functional. 5 stars!!
