The MAM Original Start Matte pacifier is sized for newborns, with a small, lightweight form for ages 0–3 months.
The orthodontic silicone nipple is symmetrical, so there's no right-side-up — it sits correctly in baby's mouth at any angle. A built-in air channel lets the nipple flatten and extend naturally when sucked, similar to the motion of breastfeeding. MAM's SkinSoft silicone has a textured, matte surface designed to feel more like skin.
The included self-sterilizing case keeps pacifiers clean between uses. Fill the case with water, place the pacifier nipple-down and microwave per package instructions. Pacifiers stored in the closed case stay sterile for up to 48 hours.

It’s the only kind my newborn will take. He’s on the smaller side and he seems to like the flattened shape of the nipple more than the Philips, bibs, and tommee tippee
