Blender doesn’t work
Received for baby shower gift and now that it’s time to actually use it, the blender doesn’t work. Too late to return due to receiving at baby shower and baby not able to use it until 5 months old.

cleaning hassle
I like the idea of this product but there are a few tweaks I think need to be improved. As a busy mom the worst part for me is the cleanup. cleaning this machine is a nightmare. There are many pieces to this machine and only have of them are dishwasher safe. the other half need to be cleaned and dried by hand which I rather not do. the other thing that bothers me about this product is the water reservoir. whenever I steam, somehow the water reservior gets dirty. I use bottled water everytime and…

Love this little machine!
Love this machine. Made making my baby purées easy and I know everything thats going into my babies food. Was also fun to use! No complaints

Blender stops working
It was good and then the blender just stopped working. So much breastmilk lost (tried 2-3 times on different occasions in case it was user error). I’m like really annoyed. Apparently it’s a known issue.

Works well initially but craps out after a few uses.
We received this as a gift and initially loved it for making our own baby food when we started solids. It worked well for conveniently steaming and did a great job pureeing a variety of produce. Unfortunately, we only got to use it a few times before the blend feature stopped working.

Works well but fails very quickly.
It worked well at first- convenient steaming & effective blending all in one- but it was very short lived. The blend feature stopped working after only a few uses. We reached out to customer service as it's under warranty and it took a while to get a response. When we did- they had a series of questions and requested photos- seemingly to ensure it's not user error. Purees to perfection!!
Bought in July. Works great. Automatic steams then blends. You also have the option not use the Auto option for different textures. So far works perfectly.

Cheaply made

After a few months of usage the work bowl and work bowl lid have cracks in it! The heat cracked the plastic it’s made with! It’s unsafe now to use because tiny plastic pieces keep breaking off!
