Overpriced & Unreliable
Always has trouble connecting and has to reconnect. Inconvenient to use without the app. Occasionally will randomly turn off. Overall not worth it at all.

Working Great!
I love how you can set it so it changes after a certain amount of time. For my son's nap, he knows he is allowed to get up when the music changes.

Overhyped
Overhyped. No way to turn on or toggle the sounds without the app. It will randomly disconnect. It also will randomly turn off, just when you’re about to get the baby to sleep which leaves you scrambling for your phone to turn it back on all whilst trying not to wake the baby. I thought it was a must but not worth the price.

Great customer service
I love our hatch as a night light and sound machine, but I was most impressed with the customer service. When our hatch unexpectedly started malfunctioning, I didnt have to do a thing. I checked my email and they were already on top of it. I just had to click one button and a replacement was on its way.

Amazing
My first hatch had some glitches after 2 years of continuous use. Hatch emailed me and sent me a replacement without even having to ask!

Not as good as original
I would not have bought this if I knew it wasn’t as good as the original. The volume and brightness have to be turned up much higher than my daughters.

Works better!
Hatch kindly sent a new device to replace a faulty one. It works great and has helped us to continue our family routines to keep our littles well rested. Love the buttons in the back (not the bottom) and ridges to help navigate controls in the dark!
