Description
This motion-activated toy grows with little ones from baby to preschool. Four modes of learning inspire musical exploration, number and shape learning, sensory discovery and movement.
Opus comes alive and plays four songs from the Baby Einstein Ocean Explorers series (“Octopus Hide & Seek”, “Feeling Curious”, “Still Learning” and “Jellyfish Wiggle”). Touch a soft arm in Tummy Time Mode to see Opus light up, spin and sing.
In Sit & Play Mode, baby can learn numbers, colors and shapes as Opus spins.
In Chase Mode, Opus moves away from baby or toddler by sensing obstacles, encouraging crawling or walking to catch up. Once caught, it rewards with a celebratory song.
Dance Mode teaches opposites and plays music.

My new best friend
Our little one HATED tummy time until we got this toy. We tried everything but everything resulted in him face planting the floor while screaming. Suddenly, this toy came along and our little guy is holding his head up and happily babbling!! I'm so excited to see the progress he makes now that he have something that incentives him to hold his head up!

Doesn’t have spanish mode.
Was so excited to get this for my bilingual baby because her PT and my friends have this toy and she loves it. We got it for her for first Christmas because it was supposed to speak english and spanish however it does not speak spanish. Such a bummer. Tried looking for ones that do buy can’t seem to find any. Probably returning.

Is there a way to change the language to Spanish? It's defaulted to English.

Entertaining and colorful!

My little one loves this octopus. It's so colorful, musical, and moves around. It's perfect for him to crawl after and push the tentacles. This holds his attention for a while so that's a win for us! It's easy to wipe down and made very well.

Great interactions with baby.
This is the best toy, I love it. Was a Xmas present from his other grandparents in London. Keeps our grandson so amused, he chases it all over the house, he is 1yrs & only crawling. He can operate it himself by pressing button on top or it just goes itself when just touched. He loves the face lighting up & it talks to him. Luv luv luv

This singing and dancing octopus is so much fun for littles. It truly helped my little guy get motivated to get up on his knees and truly take off crawling. Even though he’s now able to craw he loves to chase it and dance to the tunes.

Stuck in demo mode
The toy is stuck in demo mode. I’ve tried everything to get it out but nothing works.

This is such a fun, interactive toy for baby! I love that it has several different modes as well, that help to keep baby entertained from tummy time, all the way up to a fun dance party when baby is walking around. Quality is wonderful, colors are vibrant, and the toy is very engaging. Wonderful gift idea!

We love this one! It has four modes, tummy time, sit and play, chase, and dance. Even though our little one is on the move now, all the modes are relevant dependent on her mood and energy level and we love that. It also teaches shapes, numbers, colors, and a few other things we haven’t focused on yet, but this toy will be in our house for years to come.
