Created with newborns in mind, BabyBjorn’s Baby Carrier Mini is a smaller, more lightweight option recommended for babies 0-6 months and up to 15 lbs (it’s safety tested for babies 0-12 months, 7-24 lbs).
It’s designed to carry your baby high on your chest, so they can feel your heartbeat.
The Mini is easy to use with just a few adjustable buckles. You can also unfasten the entire front section to transfer a sleeping baby directly to their bed.
This Baby Carrier Mini comes in three lightweight specialty fabrics: 3D jersey, 60% polyester/40% cotton and 100% mesh. They’re soft to the touch and foster physical connection.
The carrier gently hugs your newborn’s back, legs and hips to provide support in a comfortable ergonomic position. You can feel your baby’s body well through the fabric, so you can check their position and the natural C-curve of spine with you hands. The carrier has adjustable head and neck support as well.
The small size and lightweight fabrics mean that this carrier folds up small enough to pack in your diaper bag or stroller basket.
Your baby should ride facing in for the first few months, but at five months, you can also choose a face-out position. The Baby Carrier Mini is safe to use with babies up to 12 months old and 24 lbs.

Worth every penny!

Easy to use and super soft for baby
My son and I both loved the Mini Carrier during those first few months. Makes life so easy for grocery shopping! I have the Light Beige and it's SO soft. Highly recommend.

Great for the early days
Loved this carrier for the early days. So easy to use and so cozy for baby - and machine washable was so necessary for relux. I liked that I could adjust the bottom to make the seat bigger as baby grew, and then we switched to the bigger babybjorn carrier after 6 months or so for better back support.

Super Easy to use and comfy
So easy to use, wear it like a vest and baby is safe and secure. Definitely recommend for first few months with this one. The jersey fabric is my fave - super soft to touch and easy to clean when needed. 10/10 for anyone planning on carrying for the first 6 months or so, or just getting used to carrying - solid buy.

Great for newborns
loved how easy this was to use for when my baby was small. I found it got uncomfortable the heavier he got so I moved to their harmony carrier but my husband wore this until the max weight with no complaints!
