Description
This travel system comes with the Willow S baby car seat, Alpine base and Brook+ modular baby stroller. The Willow S is a rear-facing car seat with ClickTight technology that installs securely on the first ride and beyond. The RightSize system provides adjustment points at the hips, shoulders and between the legs to help you find baby’s perfect fit from the start. SafeCell Technology also helps manage energy and help minimize force.
When it’s time to cruise, attach the car seat to the Brook stroller. The one-step fold lets you pack up and go with trunk space to spare. The stroller comes with a large cargo basket, a water-resistant UPF 50+ canopy with a flip-down sunshade and peek-a-boo window. More accessories include two parent cup holders, an extra large phone holder that can accommodate many phone sizes and a child snack tray that swings out of the way.

Best Answer: Yes, the Britax Willow Brook S+ Travel System includes a newborn insert for the car seat.
Can the Britax Zinnia Bassinet be used with this stroller? Is the stroller handlebar adjustable?
Best Answer: The Zinnia is compatible with the Brook stroller. Handlebars are not adjustable though.
Does this come with the toddler seat shown in the photos? Or just the car seat and base?
Best Answer: This travel system comes with the toddler seat for the stroller.
Can you buy the Alpine base separately? Or is it the same as the Aspen base ?
Best Answer: The Alpine base is available for purchase through Britax's website. It is really similar to the Aspen but the Alpine has an anti-rebound bar.

Car seat gets stuck
Car seat gets suck on the base. I wish I would have gone with one more expensive

Car seat gets stuck in base
I regret buying this travel system because I can't re.ove the car seat from its base and need my husband to each time. It gets stuck every trip and requires brute force to remove. This is a known issue with this car seat, I would recommend any other.

BASE GETS STUCK
This is the first car seat I’ve had to purchase as a first time mom. It was recommended because of the safety features. I have not had a great experience so far. The car seat chronically gets stuck in the base. I see other people have had this issue and left reviews *the reviews that didn’t receive an incentive* The customer care team members I’ve spoken with have all been polite but this have not been resolved and I haven’t gotten responses to emails or phones calls. This car seat has only ADDED to my stress as a first time mom so NO, I would not recommended it.

Confused how the reviews on this stroller are high
This stroller has been horrible. Within the first three months of using it, the infant car seat insert broke and Britac had to replace it. The foam on the handle bar ended up ripping to the point where it needed to be replaced. The wheels are flimsy. The canopy hardly covers my child when she’s in there. I wish we went with a more expensive stroller that was recommended rather than finding this more affordable option because the experience has not been great.

Safety Concerns
The fabric feels nice and the stroller itself is well designed. I feel safe when my child is in the car seat. However, it is very easy to get the car seat stuck in the base. I hope the company sees these reviews and corrects the design, because this is a safety hazard. If the seat belt gets caught in between the base and car seat it is extremely difficult to get off. Expected better from Britax
I have had nothing just problems with this system. The car seat sticks to the base (in both cars), the foam on the handle has ripped with normal use in only 2 months, the handle on the car seat seems to stick when trying to move it, it just seems to have been made cheaper then other Britax systems I have had. On top of everything, the metal of the stroller when folded up ripped a hole in the back seat on my car when putting it in my car and on top of all of this, Britax hasn’t responded to any…

Falling Apart after 5 months of use
The shade part keeps falling when the stroller is in motion so light and sun hit my daughter. The padding part on the handle is completely ripped. The was a gift for our shower and an expensive one. I give it 2 stars because it has gotten us around but I don’t see it lasting much longer. Extremely dissatisfied with this investment.

Solid travel system so far
My son is a little over two months and so far we have had no issues with this system! Our car seat has not gotten stuck on the base (yet) and it seems comfortable and secure for the baby. The stroller rides smoothly over all terrain. I gave 4 stars because the stroller is a little cumbersome to fold up and because we got the sand onyx color thinking it’d be tan and it’s straight up gray. Not a big deal though and love this otherwise!

Great Price and Great Set!
I am happy with this purchase for my little one. I gifted my sister a Britax travel system years back when she had her first baby and even back then I loved the convenience, easiness of it and how secured it seemed - she loved it as well! My baby has not expressed any discomfort with either of the seats so far and this has done us well on our outings, both daily and special outings.
