I purchased this backpack about two months ago and unfortunately noticed small holes forming in the neoprene fabric under normal, everyday use. This was my first purchase from Dagne Dover, and I was surprised to see fabric tearing so quickly at this price point.
I reached out to customer support and was told the damage was considered external and not covered under warranty, despite no incident or unusual use. While the bag is otherwise well designed, this experience was disappointing and didn’t align with the durability I expected from the brand.

On all options, the lining, shoe bag and dust bag are made from Repreve recycled polyester, a durable and versatile material that converts recycled bottles into bags.

- Care: Neoprene products can be hand washed with a mild detergent in cold water. Make sure to reshape while wet and lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight. Hardware should be handled delicately. Neoprene products are not machine washable, as hardware chipping may occur

What a great bag for carrying all of my instruments for work. It not only makes the commute from hospital to hospital much easier, but, the quality of the materials ensures that documents and instruments don't get damaged due to weather. I definitely recommend it to those who work in medical field.

I really love my backpack. Several years ago I bought a computer tote bag and I have been so pleased. The quality and function, it's been wonderful. It was time to invest in a backpack. I love the color, the fabric and how it is lightweight. Dagne Dover is a now officially a favorite brand of mine.

Good: I love the size, roomy and not bulky. I love the feel of the bag when you carry it - so comfy. The pockets are perfect for travel - great placement and size. Love the cell phone holder.
Bad: Quality- after traveling once it got two punctures going through the security xray machine. Even if it came in contact with something - for the amount of money this should not have punctures. Second the zippers are very sticky- they get stuck in the fabric in three places making it challenging…
