Love having this, I have piece of mind knowing that everything is sterile and dry! The only complaint I have is it can have a funky smell where the metal plate is.

Great but NOT
Worked great but the heating element gets screwed up after a few uses. I try to descale it and it just burns up the plate. If you get it, make sure you use distilled water - I had no idea until it was too late.

Melted after 6 Weeks
The base insert has melted after using for just six weeks. Very dissatisfied with product quality. If I could do this over, I would have registered for the Baby Brezza Sanitizer/Washer.

Worked until it didn’t
The sterilizing feature stopped working after 4 months. We followed the instructions exactly. We liked it while it lasted.

Terrible customer service
I purchased one three months ago before I had my baby. It was only used for about two months and stopped working on me. When I contacted the customer support, I had told them How my product stopped working And they replied back, asking me 1 million questions about how I’m using the product and etc. I kept sending them the proof that they were asking for and yet they proceeded to keep asking questions. I felt like I was being interrogated or they weren’t believing that product was not working for…

Love this! It has helped so much especially because we have cats that get on the counters and I was struggling to keep their hair off of everything.

simple use, but not 100 percent happy.
nice size for countertop, not too bulky. very easy to operate. after the first use while following the simple instructions, the heating pad burned. i cleaned it then tried a second attempt at it the next day and the same thing happened.

Junk
Broke after a month. They sent me a new one and that one broke the second time I used it. I followed all the directions, used distilled water etc. Complete junk.

Broke in less than 2 months
Broke after less than 2 months of use. The heating element stopped working rendering the entire thing useless. This costs way too much to break so quickly. Beyond annoyed about this purchase… extra sad because this had been one of my favorite baby purchases to this point.
