If you want to wear your baby for long stretches of time, the Ergobaby 360 provides premium support for both you and your child. The structured bucket seat widens to create a hip-healthy position for all stages, from newborns (with the purchase of an infant insert) to young toddlers. The wide, padded waistband has a velcro closure that easily adjusts in size to fit many caregivers. And the design evenly distributes your baby’s weight across your shoulders, back and hips. A sleeping hood that rolls out of the top, zippered pocket of your baby’s back panel is super convenient - use it to protect your little one’s head from sun or rain, or for privacy when sleeping or nursing. Best of all, unlike the other carriers from Ergobaby, the 360 lets your curious tot see the world from a front forward facing position.

Keep in mind that you’ll need to reach over your shoulders and behind your back to secure the chest clip, which some parents find difficult. Also, unfastening the big, velcro closure on the waistband can wake up tots who’ve fallen asleep. The weight limit on the 360 is only 35 lbs, while the Original Ergobaby has a 45 lb weight limit so you can wear your toddler longer. And if you want to start wearing your baby from day one, you will need to purchase an infant insert separately. Some parents find the insert to be very warm and prefer to wear newborns in a wrap and transition to a structured carrier like the Ergobaby when the little one has gained neck control.

I love that our baby can face out. It's a bit tricky to get on if you don't have help (especially if your baby is still tiny and floppy).

This is a great carrier that positions baby comfortable and safely. Baby is always happy inside this, it's easy to put on and put baby in.

Baby can be carried in All the positions!!!! This is the ONE item that we've used from the beginning and are still using 3-4 times a day with our now eight month old. Because he can face out, he's happy in it all the time. This is my #1 most important baby item!!

We are a 50/50 walking/driving family in Brooklyn and have used this almost exclusively over the stroller since about three months. Love how mobile it makes us, it's easy to use and comfortable.

Great carrier, though it needed the infant insert. As a shorter person, it sometimes puts too much weight on my hips.

I was so happy to be able to use it when my son was first born with the infant insert because it's so durable and comfortable. I use it all the time whenever I shop because it frees up my cart and gives allows me to have two free hands. My son still loves it and he's eight months. It has made just made so many activities easier by being able to strap him into the ergo! TIP: It does take a little bit of time and patience when you first use it to adjust it and get it just right. Be patient, it's worth it.

This carrier is absolutely amazing! For the baby who wants to be held constantly, it's a must have. It's actually a must-have for all babies! Dad can wear it, mom can wear it, babysitter can wear it, it's the best! I really wish it had a pocket for a cell phone and keys, though.

Easy to use. Comfortable to wear. Still using it often 8 months later.

It's versatile and comfortable for baby. Allows for a lot of freedom and it's at a reasonable price compared to other carriers. TIP: Watch the YouTube videos on how to put it on and off.
