Horrible design. Worse quality. Absolute garbage.
This is the absolute worst humidifier I could imagine. Leaked everywhere ruining my furniture. They sent a replacement that worked for one day before also leaking all over the place. The fact that this company continues to sell this product at a premium price with known issues is unbelievable. I strongly urge anyone thinking of buying this horrendous product to please just buy literally anything else.

Water gets moldy
We empty the tank and refill every other night but some water gets stuck in the tank and grows moldy.

Dumb knob design.
Not sure who designed this product, but this knob is incredibly frustrating. It’s extremely hard to turn on/off and to adjust the mist level. I’ve reached the point where I just unplug it from the outlet because the knob is so difficult to use. The design of this knob is just awful.

LEAKS EVERYWHERE
We initially purchased this humidifier from Amazon. When it stopped functioning for no apparent reason, Frida was gracious enough to replace it. The new one they sent worked for about a week before constantly leaking water, leaving PUDDLES on our nightstand and completely soaked through the rug. I would not advise you purchase this humidifier.

Skip this Fridamom purchase.
Love Fridamom products, with the exception of this one. Humidifer was working great, we never used essential oils, only turned it on at night, & cleaned/drained/rinsed/dried it daily. Recently, and within one night, the humidifier leaked through our wood floor & ruined the ceiling of the floor below. When setting it up the night before, everything was placed perfectly & it was working fine. From running it all night we now have hundreds of dollars of damage. Skip this Fridamom purchase.

The mist is not going out the top hole and is not working how it is supposed to I can’t find any ways to fix it

Rip off and disappointment
Bought because it was supposed to be easy to clean and low maintenance, but after washing it before the first use there is water leaking out of the electrical plugin hole. I followed the directions as the manual says. $80 wasted and my son has to go another night without a humidifier. Feels like scam as most the 5 star reviews are for customer service (weird) and not the actual product
