Horrible
Horrible , this leaks! Finally giving on it and throwing it away. Very annoyed to have to buy a new one.

Terrible
Really terrible product - leaking nonstop after a couple of nights, water getting into the main base, and then it totally stopped working because the power cord blew out from the leaking water. What a waste.

Wonderful customer service!
I received this product as a gift on my baby registry. When we got it out of the package to set it up, it didn’t end up working correctly. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly with possible troubleshooting. When that didn’t work, they immediately shipped a replacement at no cost. I will always respect this brand and choose their products!

Leaking product
This product broke and started leaking the second week we used it. Very disappointing.

It leaks!
Bottom reservoir leaks. It’s 3am and having a sick babe to care for and water flooding out of this thing is a big disappointment.

I don’t recommend this product!
The first time I used this it was amazing and I was very happy! The second time I filled it, it leaked all over her nightstand onto the carpet… then after that it won’t work at all. I was extremely disappointed with this but since it was a gift for my baby shower there’s nothing I can do about it. I do not recommend this product!

Love it
Works great! I did have an isse with it leaking at forst but i emailed frida and they told me how to make sure it was sealed so it didnt leak.

Major leaks
I bought one of these. It’s brand new so no scaling/build up, etc at all. It’s leaking/pouring water from the bottom and got water everywhere! Do not recommend.
