What prevents the child from pulling the insert out of the holder?
Best Answer: The teething inserts fit snuggly into the holder, and would be very difficult for a baby to remove. If the teether comes out of the holder, all parts of the teether are safe for the baby.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Best Answer: This teether is not dishwasher safe. It is recommended that you use warm, soapy water to keep it clean.
What are the teethers filled with?

Chemical Smell
This teether smells like chemicals. Customer service was good but the replacement they sent also smells. It seems to get worse when I use the holder which is the whole point of buying this one over other brands.

Not so chewable
Not to happy about product it says to steam sterilize and the teethers warped and didn’t get a chance to use them at all. Totally destroyed

Good product, new mommy, have some query
I just opened today. My brother sent from USA. I have tommie tippe's steam steriliser. Can I use this steriliser for this teether? For how long 5min? Or else just soap and warm water wash and reuse it?

4 in one tether / drool holder
Received as a baby shower gift. I enjoy the 4 in 1 tether however for a baby that drools and it goes into the white holder it makes the movable piece come out and feel icky.

Nice product that comes with different chewing options. I just wish they were stronger. My daughter just chewed a hole in it…

Brilliant! Title speaks for itself!
My daughter loves these! They are perfect for when she needs that cold relief for her poor swollen gums. Cutting teeth is hard work, and the other frozen teethers just freeze her tiny fingers and make her mad! This product solves that problem and the different shapes and textures help soothe different areas and give her some variety to make teething more fun.

Beware - Ingested gel
My baby was teething on this when I noticed the tiny freezing gel beads all over his mouth and face. Ill never use these again. Disgusted.

A true disappointment
I bought this in ShopRite for my 4 month old I cleaned it and checked if everything was good before giving it to him and when I noticed there was the jello that’s inside the product all over my baby’s mouth. This product didn’t even last 1 week

Unable to sanitize
Was so excited to use this teether however when I sanitized it they completely melted. Nothing on the package said I was not able to sanitize not to mention it’s a baby product and I would not have bought if I was not able to sanitize it.

Do not buy!!! This item leaks!
Leaks!!! The yellow dye or color from the teether leaked into the silicone holder which makes me wonder what is being ingested by the babies who use this item!!!
