Overview

Description

HALO’s SleepSack Microfleece Wearable Blanket is an excellent choice for keeping your baby cozy when transitioning from the swaddle.

The baglike design makes babies feel secure, but they can move their arms and legs freely to find a comfortable position and self-soothe. It’s also safe to continue using once they can turn over.

The soft, polyester micro-fleece wearable blanket is warm and well-suited for cool environments, but you will want to select a lighter wearable blanket for more temperate climates to prevent overheating. It’s meant to be worn over PJs as a safer alternative to a loose blanket. Because it can’t be kicked off, the wearable blanket will also keep your baby warmer at night. And it unzips from the bottom for easy diaper changes.

The HALO SleepSack Microfleece Wearable Blanket is embroidered with “back is best” on the front, reminding all caregivers to always place your baby to sleep on her back. Parents report that the fleece fabric holds up well in the wash.

Baby wears this basically all
Baby wears this basically all day. We haven’t completely grown out of the swaddle sleep sack yet, but she will probably sleep in it, too, when we reach that stage. I love that there’s plenty of extra length for her to grow into. She’s 3 months, and I got the 6-9 month size. It’s a little big, but it doesn’t matter. And it gives her lots of room to grow.
