What weabout it
Hip-healthy swaddle sack in mid-weight cotton adjusts to accommodate multiple sleep styles, with optional access to hands for self-soothing.

The HALO SleepSack Swaddle has all the benefits of a traditional swaddle, but in a much simpler and foolproof design. The Velcro wings make it easy to wrap the swaddle around your baby and keep their arms safely immobilized, preventing the startle reflex that can disturb rest. As a bonus, the 2-in-1 adjustable design of the SleepSack Swaddle actually lets you to keep your baby’s arms inside or outside of the swaddle. This maximizes your child’s comfort and eventually helps them transition smoothly out of full swaddling.

The HALO swaddle is meant to be used over PJs in the place of a loose blanket.

The zipper opens and closes from the bottom, making diaper changes easier. And the roomy sack at the bottom allows your baby to move her legs freely, promoting long-term hip health (though some babies sleep better when both legs and arms are wrapped snugly).

Parents report that the HALO SleepSack Swaddle holds up well to washing, but do remember to attach the Velcro to itself so it doesn’t stick to itself or other items in the wash. Stop swaddling when your baby shows signs of rolling over or breaking out of the wrap.

To use the HALO SleepSack Swaddle, first zip your child into the main pouch. Then wrap the Velcro wings around each other, keeping your child’s arms under each wing as you go. See HALO’s video below for more details.

My son slept so well in this, right from the first day we brought him home from the hospital! I recommend swaddling your child tightly—they like to feel cozy! It helps little ones sleep.

Halo SleepSacks were a life saver for us. They are easy to use and come in cute patterns.

The cotton was perfect for summer months and the swaddle is very easy to wrap up. This swaddle stays on the shoulders because of the zipper mechanism and can be used with arms out if baby learns to roll over.

Our baby was never a fan of being swaddled, but we did like that this particular one let us wrap her for sleep with her arms out.

It's easy to use and worked well for swaddling my little one. The only downside to the SleepSacks are getting baby out of it for middle of the night diaper changes. The velcro is a little loud, but at that point, the baby is probably awake and crying over a dirty diaper anyhow.

The only way we got our baby to stay asleep in his cradle. We use it for naps as well. It’s great because they can’t break out of it by punching or kicking.

Easy for all types of swaddling positions and even wrapped around the belly when baby was arms-out and rolling over!

The fabric started to fray and pucker from the velcro, making it look old and worn out after using it for a few weeks. Also, my baby was able to escape this swaddle after using it for about a month. She very easily popped her little hands out of the top. Also, be very careful about not sizing up too early. I was using a size small and when my daughter tried to get her hands out, it pushed up the swaddle until it was entirely covering her face.
