Still waiting for the Maxi Cosi adapters!
I reached out in March and was told it would be approx 45days - and still nothing! The stroller is literally worthless without the adapters. If the adapters aren't back in stock soon I will have no choice but to return the stroller. This seems like a wonderful product - if you can use it!! @Joovy if you know the adapters will not be back please let us know so we can move on!

Check inventory here before buying a twin roo!
Maxi-cosi adapters are the only ones that work with Nuna seats and have been out of stock everywhere for months (as have other adapters). It shouldn't take this long for Joovy's purchasing team to place an order for some injection molded parts. I suspect they are abandoning support for this product line. It's a bit ridiculous that they don't just include the additional few plastic parts to make the stroller compatible with the full line of seats they advertise for, most consumers wouldn't think…

Graco adapters
Still cannot find the Graco snugfit adapters for the Joovy twinroo double stroller. Everyplace is out of stock. It is useless without these adapters. It's been 3 months trying to locate them.

Graco adapter not working for my car seat
Hi! I purchased a joovy roo twin frame and it came with graco adapters, however it is not comparable with my graco snugride snuglock 35 car seats. It is an older model, so what I am wondering, did the adapters change in the last few years? Is there any way to make this work by ordering newer graco adapters and if so will they fit the frame?

Hi I just bought two Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35 DLX carseats. It says on your website that they are compatible with the Twin Roo + stroller frame. Do I just need the Graco click connect adapters? Or are there different adapters?

My husband and I ordered the twin joovy. We are happy with the purchase but unhappy with the way the ordering of the products is set up. We needed the stroller the day it arrived but didn’t realize that the adapters were sold separately. While we understand that there are different car seats that require different adapters, when you purchase the stroller at checkout it should prompt you to buy the correct adapters at the time of the purchase. Just a suggestion. Overall though, I’m happy with the stroller.

I bought this stroller with adapters and it did not fit my Peg Perego primo Viaggio 4-35 as advertised. What a waste of time.
