I am not sure whether it is recommended to use a fitted sheet with this mattress cover, or if it is to be used without a sheet?
Best Answer: You can use a fitted sheet over the mattress cover. But to take advantage of the breathable cover, you'll want to use fitted sheets with breathable material as well.

I'm not positive that this truly makes the mattress breathable, but the material feels substantial and adds a slight cushion to the mattress (not to where it makes it any less flat). Fits great on the Lullaby Earth spring mattress.

Peace of mind. It just makes sense.
I love this mattress cover! To me, this makes more sense than a breathable mattress because if there were body fluids involved through the night you would have to wash the whole mattress instead of just changing the mattress cover and sheet. It’s a little bit of peace of mind knowing that should a baby be pressed face down into the mattress that this is built to allow air flow.
