Best Answer: The Maxi-Cosi Double Topper is not listed for use with just any dresser. Maxi-Cosi states that it’s compatible with Maxi-Cosi dressers and includes hardware to secure it, so I wouldn’t recommend attaching it to another brand’s dresser unless Maxi-Cosi confirms compatibility.
