No sound coming out of the cube , I reached out to customer service 10 days ago still no reply……

He loves it!
My grandbaby loves all of his Melissa & Doug toys…..how could he not. Well constructed with vibrant colors and real like sounds.

It’s a fun toy.
I gave this product to my great nephew for Christmas. It had no directions inside. Worse, it didn’t say anything about needing batteries! While the place where the batteries is well concealed, it would have helped to know where to look. Other than the battery issue, it’s lovely.

Good toy minus the actual animal sounds
Our daughter likes to play with this toy a good bit. But we keep the sound box off because the animals sound like a nightmare! Especially the sheep! The sheep sounds like something from a haunted house 🫣👻

Poorly made
After putting batteries in, I thought the sound box would work. It only makes a weak sound. Very disappointing!!

No noise
I got this as a gift and it’s great with all the animal pictures but I put the batteries in the battery pack and turned it on and no sound. So disappointed!!

Recieved as a gift
We recieved this as a gift. My son loved it however he has since spit on it and smells foul. I was going to wash it but then realized I can't just throw it in the washer. Even if i take out the batteries there is still wire that runs into the toy that can't be removed. What would be the best way to clean thus?

Needs batteries-secret panel
Almost thought this wasn’t working since I couldn’t find any instructions. There’s a secret panel on the bottom and then you can add batteries.
