Cooling version
I now own both cooling and regular. And I’m not pregnant, but have moderate back and nerve pain, so this helps me find a comfortable position for sleeping and sitting. But I don’t think the cooling one is worth the extra cost. The fabric is very slippery and slides off the bed, which is very annoying. I’m wrestling with it throughout the night. It’s a little cooler than the regular version (but still hot if you have it wrapped around you and sleep under a comforter). It’s cooler when using a…

Amazing pillow
I’ve been using it since I got. My 13 yr old has tried to steal it. Had to buy one for the hubby. He loves his too.
