Can’t remove wipe without lid coming open
This product is so incredibly frustrating. It does a great job warming the wipes, and the hands-free lid opening and the nightlight are nice features. However, every time you try to pull a wipe out, the entire lid lifts up and you can’t remove the wipe without using your other hand to hold the lid down. This defeats the entire “hands free” feature, and makes for a huge hassle when your baby is mid- blowout and you’re trying to hold their legs while quickly grabbing a wipe. Absolute awful design and more frustrating than it is practical.

Design flaw - lid broken doesn’t stay shut when removing wipe
It’s barely been 2 months and we have the same lid issue every one else has mentioned. We’re using the Honest brand wipes and they turn brown after a while. They’re hard to pull thru sometimes and I think the general action of getting a wipe wears down the lid, so now it lifts when you pull a wipe. The subsequent wipe also will fall on the sensor and if you don’t notice, the automatic lid will remain open thus drying out the wipes. Temperature is Luke warm, which isn’t an issue in my opinion.…

Horrible Design
Lid doesn't stay while pulling wipes and it is extremely annoying! the whole lid is pulled with the wipes every single time. there wipes gets brown (!) for some reason like they are burned because of heat or something else.

Hardly works
Terrible product. Lid doesn't stay while pulling wipes.
Subsequent wipe either doesn't pull through or falls on the sensor preventing it from closing 85% of the time.

Not Worth It
Terrible. Wipes dried out and didn't feed through consistently, leading to struggles with wipes while trying to change my baby. Lid doesn't lock, so it opens when pulling out wipe.
