Showed up damaged and drawers that were missing aligned and not closing. I was able to get it picked up and a new item sent but its been over 4 weeks since the original deliver and 8 since placing it. Not timely

Beautiful But Scratches Incredibly Easily
Yes it’s beautiful, but the Natural Walnut scratches so easily, I wish I went with a different dresser. Just not worth the price.

Beautiful Dresser, Not Durable Finish
This dresser is beautiful and was glad to learn it came assembled. However, the finish on it is not very durable. Somehow in a middle of the night diaper change Aquaphor got on the dresser and removed the finish. My daughter is only 5 weeks old so it’s hardly been used. Disappointed that this expensive piece is now ruined.

Good product not good quality control

I was very excited to revieve my liberty dresser but the top came all scratched up on both sides. It was packaged well so it looks like it was already damaged prior to being shipped. I ordered a replacement top and it also came damaged, despite the packaging looking good. I don't understande the poor service, especially for a $1200 dresser. Very disappointed.
