These gloves are so helpful for pregnancy carpal tunnel! I wear them every night and they make a huge difference. But like some other reviews, the part that goes around your fingers and thumb is very tight. My wrist circumference is 16cm and I wear a size small in regular gloves so I went with the small, but I had to exchange for a medium because the finger area was so tight that it was cutting off circulation to my fingers. Wrist compression sleeves
These have been great for my POTS symptoms. I experience blood pooling in my arms and hands and these sleeves have been great to minimise that. I will definitely be buying a 2nd pair!

After suffering from postpartum carpal tunnel from 3 pregnancies, these gloves are a game changer. Instantly relieves the pain and weakness through the wrist to just feel normal again. Downside, I ordered my size as per the size guide going by my wrists measurement. Unfortunately the hand part is too tight and is triggering arthritis pain through my hand so please be aware when ordering just based of wrist measurements. I’d love to try a size or 2 up to see if It still works magic on the carpal tunnel pain without triggering arthritis pain

Definitely helps
Definitely helping relieve the pain due to my mother’s wrist. Sizing was spot on, ordered based on the sizing chart. It has light compression but does not limit me from using my hands/wrists. I just ordered more so I don’t have to stop using them on wash days. Also, order was processed very quickly within a couple hours of me paying for express shipping. Got them ASAP!

I've had issues with "mommy thumb "this Postpartum and after my first baby too. These compressions sleeves are really helpful for keeping the pain from getting bad. I got medium and large, but the medium turned out to fit better. My wrist size is 17.5 cm.

Guitarists out there…
Let me preface this by saying I’m a man that turned out to have several circulatory problems as well, and I’ve been playing guitar for many years. If your wrists are starting to give you issues seriously consider getting a pair of these. I’ve gotten the xl and xxl (6ft something guy) and on the bad days the xl’s really help support me on the days I can’t just stop playing and rest/recover. The xxl’s were more for comfort/support when I’m taking it easier learning new songs etc

Really helpful
I bought this sleeve to support my wrist as I have problems with the carpal tunnel. It’s helping a lot. It’s just the right amount of pressure and I can keep it on for extended periods of time, particularly when I’m working.
