Extender is great!
I’m size 20/22 and got the extender for not only the added comfort but also to help secure the velcro piece of the hip seat. since my son is 30lbs, the hip seat sags when his weight is on it. Overall, it works great! When I hold my smaller nephew at only 15lbs the hip seat doesn’t sag at all, so it would probably be OK without the extender since I’m only short on velcro about 3 inches. Genius baby carrier
I am a grandmother and was finding it difficult to carry my rapid-growing grandson. Your Tushbaby solved my woes and I can now carry him against my chest but have his weight distributed lower so my back doesn't get as tired. I did purchase the waist extender figuring these were designed for mothers with slimmer waists than a post-menopausal woman, but alas I don't need the extension belt. Can I return it?

Like having an extra babysitter.
As an older person I needed an assist with carrying our grandson for an extended period of time. Since using our Tushbaby we have purchased a second one for our daughter.

Not 100 percent convinced
I purchased the pink velvet Tush baby for my trip to Florida to help out. Although it has been somewhat helpful, it gets extremely hot (they were out of the grey regular material). The position on my waist put pressure on my hips the made walking with a 15 pound baby a little painful. It was most helpful sitting down for feeding and eating with my family because I had a hand free. I will give it another chance,l.

Product great, service and delivering not so great
I still haven't received one of my tush baby products. That sourd me on everything. At first, I ordered a tush baby with the extender then I had to ask for the extender because it didn't come with my first order. Then I never received my leopard tush baby and extender. I'm not sure why and what is going on??

This has to be on your baby registry!
I love this product! I love how I can carry my baby without getting too tired or putting so much stress on my back and arms. Definitely recommend for any first time moms!!!
