Misrepresented.
Falsely represented as viable to functionally expand the stroller for two children. This only works on the bottom position, and is not a fully functional second seat, as suggested in the advertising materials.

UPPAbaby Vista V3
My son and daughter-in-law enjoy this stroller and have used it frequently with their first child. I just gifted them the RumbleSeat V3 & Upper Adapters for the new baby. It all works perfectly.

Not suited well for preemies. V2 versus V3
Struggle with fitting preemie newborn in the infant insert. I have both the v2 and v3. The v3 does not recline as much as the V2 so the baby is uncomfortable, cuts off oxygen because the neck gets slouched and took several attempts to pass hospital car seat test. Did not have this issue with the v2.
