The customer service is very confusing and there is no option to change a product, only to return it and then buy a new one.
Colour of the item is also off compared to the picture as in real life the beige is much darker.

Awesome carrier but buckle digs in
I love this carrier. Provides a lot of support for my toddler and reduces to much strain on my arms and wrist. Took me a little time to work out how to get them in and out easily, but got the hang of it. Only gripe I have is if I wear the buckle at the front. As there is no padding underneath the buckle when it sits against your skin, I find it rubs a lot on my boney clavicles which is very uncomfortable. To prevent this, I wear the bucket at the back which is a lot more comfortable although it…
