These worked amazing for me. First time mom and my nipples did not bleed or crack with wearing these. Definitely recommend and cheaper than the actual silverettes

Great for scabbed nipples
Pricey but great to put on registry. Only
Needed for the first month but so glad I had them to heel my nipples. I had scabbing and this helped to heel quickly as we worked through patch issues and pumped.

These didn’t work for me.

These didn’t work for me. Tried wearing them in the hospital after having baby under a tank and did not find them to be comfortable or soothing. The rim/seal was a bit uncomfortable and they are pretty small. Went back to the tried and true lanolin cream/pads and got through it. There are other less expensive options if you simply want a barrier or nothing touching the nipple area.
