Cool wagon but poorly designed. We have the w4 lux and the w2 lux. The problem is the chassis is way to Loose to be able to maneuver. I have 3 kids all under 3years old in the 4 seater and it is almost impossible to turn when not on perfect flat ground. The stronger you are the worse it is. The stroller just flexes and twists and doesn’t turn. If they could make it more rigid it would go up 2 stars imo.
Second con is the size when folded. It doesn’t fit in most cars or suvs.

Who is this product for?
We thought this would make getting around with our 1 year old twins & 3 year old daughter easier.
It's not as useful as the influencer posts make it out to be. It's too large to store in a car trunk and assembly isn't all too easy. Also way to heavy for my wife to use on her own.
Unless you can find a place to store it completely assembled in your garage or a shed, I wouldn't recommend using. Not fit for city apartments, townhomes or if you need to load it into a car for use. Not really sure who this is designed to help?

Great but…
Haven’t taken it out into the world yet but set it up in the garage & my toddler is excited about it. Seems easy to maneuver (my three yr old is moving it around just fine).
One of the main things I don’t understand though is for the price tag it should come with the magnetic harness (& maybe the travel bag.) I’m honestly shocked the magnetic harness isn’t included in the luxe pro.

W4 luxe pro
I’ve never had a stroller like this one. We received so many complaints. My toddler’s (1 and 2yrs) love this stroller and my 12 year old sat it in one day.
The only thing was a small thread on the handle was loose and it takes up 50% of my trunk space (Kia Carnival) and overall, we love it!

Game changer
What an upgrade! Our family visits the zoo every weekend and this stroller is perfect for it. Our boys are 2.5 and 1. We went with the 4 seater for some additional room because our boys like their space. I highly recommend the w4 over the w2 even if you have just two kids. Our boys will take turns sleeping in the floor space. They also have the option to share a bench seat or getting away from each other and sitting separate. The only downfall to this wagon is that I can’t lift it on my own but…

Used, Dirty & Missing Parts
Received a used wagon, missing every part ands it was so dirty. I’ve never been more embarrassed in my life. This was a gift got my grandson on his birthday.
