Shipping was on time even early, easy to set up and work, the night light is great it's optional, and it works great cutting out all background noises so that I could sleep, the adjustments are excellent, easy to work to set up for the right pitch and sound that suits me.

DOHM Nova sound machine and night light. Excellent

Helped reduce impact of noisy neighbors
The walls of my apartment are thin and my upstairs neighbor is very loud. I hear talking, yelling, music, things being moved around, etc. it’s like we are in the same room! They are often up and about well into the early hours of the morning, which was waking me up multiple times throughout the night. The Dohm nova has been amazing in reducing the impact of the noise. I debated which model to get but I am really glad I chose the nova. I like the multitude of ways to adjust the sound via speed and tone, and I like that there are a lot of options for each. I am very happy with my purchase!

Love this sound machine, sounds like a real fan. Very adjustable and way to use. Sleep great with this new sound machine

Poor quality
I was excited about this sound machine but ended up very disappointed. After having the sound machine for only a few days, it just suddenly stopped turning on. I have tried charging it and none of the buttons are working anymore. Very poor quality.

Improvement over standard Dohm models.
The Nova is louder and more versatile than the other Dohm models. It also looks better and the light is a nice addition.

Not a noise you want your baby to sleep to
I had it for less than 9 months and the motor makes a weird noise. This problem started off a couple of weeks ago, and over time it became worse. It started with a cricket noise, then it was like the motor totally broke and instead of a nice hum, you get a screech now. I can't use it anymore. My baby won't sleep with the screeching noise. I'm disappointed because I thought this brand made better products.

One issue
I love this sound machine and I have a lot of dohm sound machines. Only issue is the machine itself gets a bit hot to touch or puts off some heat when being used… I havnt contacted them ab it yet, but their customer service has always been excellent.
And the little night light is perfect for late night break feeding and diaper changes.

Very nice machine
Excellent features. This looks sharp and the nightlight is perfect. It isnt too bright, so dont expect it to be a lamp.

This works so well! This helps my baby sleep at night as she only sleeps when her sleep machine is on. This last all night long and is a lifesaver. The nightlight is perfect. It’s bright enough to see but not bright enough to keep the baby up.
