Lorena Canals makes design conscious decor with children in mind. Cute but not cloying, the cloud rugs have fluffy, natural-cotton-colored clouds on a softly hued background.
These rugs are machine washable—yep, you read it right. This is huge for parents with young children who spend a lot of time on the floor. You don’t have to worry about spills or spit-up when you can easily toss the rug in the washer.
The company emphasizes quality from start to finish, using 100-percent cotton so rugs are soft, light and flexible. The rugs are handmade in India using natural dyes and non-child labor, and they meet all quality and safety regulations for children.
Since they are handmade, each one is unique: the small variations in shape and color are part of the charm. One thing to note about these rugs is that they’re low-pile, so they’re not super thick. If you’re using one on a wood floor, you might want to pair it with a rug pad to add cushion and prevent slipping.

Sooo soft and perfect for our nursery

Lumineux et doux
Deuxième achat de tapis chez Lorena canals. On est ravis! A noter que le tapis n’est pas très lourd (ce qui permet qu’il soit lavable!), donc peut avoir tendance a se plier facilement. Un sous tapis règle peut être ce léger désagrément.

I love it so much, but I put another one to put side-by-side with the other one. I bought two small sized rugs so that it would be easier to wash in our washing machine. I love the quality and the natural materials. I will definitely be buying again, I got the samples to see the colors and the textures of the wool versus the cotton. I’m using this in the playroom where my kids play, including my four-year-old and my newborn.

Cute rug
I love the yellow color. So vibrant and fun! The rug is a little shaggier than I expected but it’s high quality and I appreciate knowing it is made of natural materials. My toddler loves it.

I got one for my son’s room and loved so much I also now have in my daughters room. Such a soft material and creates perfect atmosphere for sleep.
